Abstract

This article analyzes the reasons for the aggravation of carbon emissions and atmospheric pollution after current decarbonization, current desulfurization, denitrification, and dust removal, and the direction and quantity of CO2 and atmospheric pollutants transferred by current decarbonization. We calculate the pathways and quantities of CO2 and atmospheric pollutants added by current decarbonization. Considering the high cost of current decarbonization, the "transfer and increase" law of CO2 after current decarbonization and atmospheric pollutants after standard emissions has been established. The hazards of 'current decarbonization' are revealed. We have successfully researched and developed high-tech patents for zero-emission greenhouse-gas machines at the source of haze, no transfer of pollution, no increase in pollution, and production of energy and new materials from CO2. A major technological issue of global carbon emissions is solved.
